Jennifer Rice is a Client Services Specialist and an integral part of the office team of Tom Dwyer and Caroline Bigelow. Based in the Ventura County, California office of CBRE this dynamic team focuses their marketing efforts on the Conejo Valley and West Ventura County area. Jennifer contributes significantly to the team's daily organization as well as providing information and database management. Additionally, Ms. Rice handles the creation and distribution of collateral material for the team's highly successful marketing efforts.
Relocating from the Silicon Valley, Jennifer joined CB Richard Ellis in 2003. Prior to that, Ms. Rice spent two and a half years with Commercial Property Services ("CPS") of Santa Clara as a project manager and has four years of experience as a leasing manager with Insignia/ESG in San Jose.
Ms. Rice's diverse background has given her experience in almost all aspects commercial real estate, with an emphasis in brokerage and property management. Along with her impressive skills Jennifer contributes an energetic and upbeat personality, exuding enthusiasm for assignments.
