Bio
Jennifer Stein is Director, New Jersey/Pennsylvania Development, for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Ms. Stein is responsible for the implementation and execution of regional development transactions, in collaboration with the regional development team. This includes coordination and communication with venture partners to support and assist in the effort to identify, source and close development transactions, and oversight and management of the development process with respect to regional development opportunities. Prior to her role in development, Ms. Stein was responsible for leasing Rockefeller Group’s owned real estate in midtown Manhattan. She was part of a team at Rockefeller Group that leased approximately 4.7 million square feet of office space and 70,000 square feet of retail space in 1221 Avenue of the Americas and 1271 Avenue of the Americas. In addition to leasing and marketing, her role involved managing tenant relations in the portfolio and relationships with brokers in Manhattan. She joined Rockefeller Group in 2008 and previously held positions in the property management and design and construction departments at the company. Ms. Stein holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a master’s degree from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
