Bio
Actively involved in real estate for 17 years and is recognized as a Top Broker among her peers. Jenny May recently joined forces with Apex Capital Realty as Vice President Multifamily Advisory Group. She continues to bring her knowledge representing developers in acquiring sites for condo, multi-family, hospitality and retail projects in the SE Florida market. Additionally, identifying and assisting with the acquisition of cash flowing assets/value add properties for Investment Groups and Private Investors.
In 2018, Ms. May will continue to close and add to the success of her new firm. As of today, her efforts has added to the firm's overall sales efforts for more than $200 Million in current real estate assets located in Florida's MSA.
In addition to her career accomplishments, Ms. May is also an avid environmentalist. She is dedicated to her work and to the community serving on several boards which promote sustainability, global education, and preserving our youth to a safe and healthy future. Through continuing education, seminars, serving on community boards, local task force, and constant reading, she stays at the “top of her game”. Served as an appointed member to the City of Coral Gables Green Task Force and advises other local governments on Climate Change issues and served on the 2013-2014 National Association of Realtors (NAR) Committee on Land Use, Property Rights, and Sustainable Development. Ms. Arias May graduated with a B.Sc. in Biology from Florida International University.
