Jenny Smithson grew up in a small Oklahoma town with a mother who was a dedicated real estate broker. She holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. However, her true passion lies in real estate. Jenny loves meeting new people and showcasing the community she loves.
Jenny is deeply involved in her community. She served as the State of Oklahoma Membership Chair for the Residential Real Estate Council in 2021. Jenny actively participates on several Oklahoma Association of Realtors committees, is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma, and served as President of the Northwest Oklahoma Association of Realtors in 2024. Jenny was appointed in 2025 as a trustee on the City of Enid’s Vance Development Authority
Her credentials include being Homes for Heroes Affiliate, C2EX endorsed, Certified in At Home with Diversity, and a Certified Military Relocation Professional. She also holds designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and a Certified Residential Specialist.
