Bio
Jeremiah K. Jarmin is a Senior National Director LIHTC at Affordable Housing Advisors (AHA) of Marcus & Millichap and oversees LIHTC transactions nationally. He represents general and limited partners in the valuation and marketing of Section 42 properties nationwide.
Jeremiah began his career as an attorney, where he specialized in commercial real estate transactions and foreign real estate investors doing business in the United States. In 2014, he joined an Atlanta-based brokerage firm, where he focused on multifamily investment sales and became a top 10 producer in his first year. Jeremiah was recruited to a national brokerage firm where he quickly rose the ranks and became the founder and National Director for its Affordable Housing Group where he brokered over 13,000 LIHTC units. He is a member of the Georgia State Bar (inactive), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC).
Jeremiah attended Wagner College in New York, NY where he majored in Business Finance, and then subsequently attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 2007.
