Originally from Texas, Jeremiah Phillips brings a straightforward and results-driven mindset to commercial real estate. Now based in Upstate South Carolina, he helps property owners and investors sell, reposition, and invest with confidence and clarity. Having relocated to the Upstate himself, Jeremiah understands what it takes to get plugged in, evaluate the market, and make confident, well-informed purchase and sell decisions.
With more than 15 years of experience in real estate investing and advisory services, Jeremiah has been involved in commercial, land and portfolio transactions. That diverse background allows him to identify unrecognized value, simplify complex situations, and structure deal terms that help clients see hidden opportunities and move forward with confidence.
Before entering brokerage, Jeremiah built his foundation as a hands-on investor, business owner, and mentor to other real estate professionals. Those years taught him how to evaluate markets, manage risk, and find practical ways to achieve ambitious goals, skills he now brings to every client relationship at Flagship Commercial.
As a United States Marine, Jeremiah carries the discipline, integrity, and follow-through that defined his service into every aspect of his work. He believes in building REALationships, genuine trust-based connections that turn transactions into lasting partnerships built on mutual success.
Outside of real estate, Jeremiah attends Upstate Church Harrison Bridge. He enjoys college football, especially when his Texas Tech Red Raiders take the field, playing golf, and staying active through HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) training. Whether in business, fitness, or faith, Jeremiah believes in showing up, giving his best, and doing the right thing every time.
Interesting fact: Jeremiah is fluent in Sign Language.
