Jeremy launched CORE Property Group in January 2020 after spending over 10 years as a commercial realtor with another brokerage firm. Jeremy’s past work experience also included working for an office technology and software company in Fargo.
Jeremy specializes in multi-family investment properties, commercial office, industrial, sale leaseback, build-to-suit opportunities, and retail. He spends most of his brokerage activities between Fargo-Moorhead and Grand Forks.
Jeremy is a native of Fargo and a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. He holds his real estate broker license in North Dakota and Minnesota.
