A 1993 graduate of Washington & Lee University, Jeremy worked for a regional bank as a branch manager and commercial lender before entering the commercial real estate industry in 1998. Prior to founding MCR in 2012, he served as a principal and V.P. of Sales and Development at White-Spunner & Associates, Inc. of Mobile where he specialized in commercial sales, leasing, development and real estate consulting services.
Jeremy received his SIOR (Society for Industrial and Office Realtors®) designation in 2022. SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With over 3,400 members in 686 cities and 38 countries, SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
Jeremy is active in many area organizations including the Mobile Area Association of Realtors, where he serves as current Past President and member of the executive committee, as well as the Downtown Mobile Alliance and the Alabama CCIM Chapter. A Mobile resident, Jeremy is married to Myrtle Milling and has four children, Jeb, Emilia, Lee, and Helen.
