Jeremy Roy, Senior Vice President, joined Perry CRE in 2016 and focuses on representing Tenants in the Metro Boston Class A & B office markets. Jeremy is a 20 year commercial real estate veteran with diversified industry experience including Brokerage Services, Property Management, Real Estate Development and Construction Oversight. Jeremy assists a wide variety of real estate occupiers across all industry sectors in their leasing, relocation, subleasing and acquisition efforts, here in Boston, nationally and beyond. A Maine native, Jeremy started his commercial real estate career with The Boulos Company in Portland, Maine before relocating to Downtown Boston in 1998. Most recently, Jeremy has worked with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
When Jeremy is not working and there is snow on the ground, you will likely find him skiing with friends and family in the Green Mountains of Vermont or ringing a loud cowbell cheering on his three ski racing children as the proudest (and loudest) Dad on the slopes.
