With personal experience in investment properties, I bring a broad range of knowledge and real world experience to each and every Buyer and Seller I have the privilege of representing. With this experience and expertise, I’m able to expertly guide clients through the sometimes complicated processes of real estate smoothly and accurately.
When Selling a Home: My clients know that I tend to be pretty direct. As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA,) I provide my sellers with a comprehensive analysis that goes beyond the traditional systems to include the most current & accurate market data. I take the time to educate home sellers how our local MLS system works and how we effectively market your home. As a PSA, I also work proactively with the appraisers to ensure that your home actually sells for the contracted price. My goal is to get your home sold and net you the most money possible, all while providing 5 star customer service.
When Buying a Home: It’s an honor to work with you as your Agent. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, I always look out for my clients best interest. It’s important to always to provide the most accurate market information pertaining to each purchase transaction as well as outline possible negotiation strategies. Negotiating the most favorable terms is just as important as locating the perfect home and is one of my specialties. Regardless of where we’re at in the process, communication is key and I take pride in effectively communicating contingency timelines and outlining all available options. My goal is to become your go-to real estate professional and Realtor for life.

When I’m not studying Real Estate, my passions include biohacking, adventuring (biking, camping, hiking, overlanding, etc), board games, sports(both participating and spectating), and fast cars. I’m also a huge animal lover.
