Jeremy R. Voigtmann serves as Managing Director for Commercial and Construction Management for Harbor Group Management Co. (HGMC). He leads the Commercial and Construction Management teams for HGMC, coordinates with project, regional and property managers to ensure the vision for each asset is realized, and leads the Technical Services team. Mr. Voigtmann brings over 20 years of experience in operations, management, and construction of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties. Since joining HGMC in April 2000, he has held various management and senior management positions within the company, contributing to numerous acquisition and disposition due diligences, as well as property operational and capital plan implementations. Prior to joining HGMC, Mr. Voigtmann worked with Prime Group Realty Trust. He holds a BS from the University of Tennessee.
