Jerod has spent the past 18 years leasing and operating commercial real estate as a broker and asset manager. Jerod was responsible for the operation of institutional industrial and flex product portfolios positioned primarily in Texas. His experience, which encompassed all major markets across Texas as well as Northern California and the Midwest included a 14 million-square-foot industrial portfolio valued at approximately $1.6 billion.
