Before transitioning to residential construction, he gained valuable experience as a shipping and receiving supervisor at Pfizer and later ran his own renovation business. This background provides him with a strong understanding of homebuilding, from structural integrity to design.
Jerome thrives on hands-on carpentry and renovation work, combining his expertise in residential construction with his leadership skills. Outside of work, he enjoys an active lifestyle, including motorcycling, hiking, and working out, as well as building intricate Lego creations. Above all, he cherishes time spent with his family, especially his twin daughters.
