Jerry McGarry is the senior director of corporate services. In this capacity, Mr. McGarry oversees corporate services for clients, including but not limited to, the build-out of corporate headquarter sites, regional office requirements, data center/server rooms, and lab requirements. His responsibilities include project definition, needs analysis, budgets, technology requirements, timelines and turnkey construct and relocation services.
He is skilled in improving the productivity of vendors and contractor, as well as lowering costs throughout a project cycle. Mr. McGarry is adept at transforming strategic plans and vision into creative and cost effective solutions. His approach emphasizes his exceptional ability to motivate and direct individuals and teams toward achieving a goal despite any challenging circumstances or environments. Mr. McGarry has a successful history of delivering quality projects within scope, schedule constraints and budget for over 25 years.
Prior to his 15 successful years in Commercial Real Estate Project Management, Mr. McGarry served as a senior project manager for Electronic Data Systems (EDS). During his 14 year tenure with EDS, he utilized global project management and Six Sigma methodologies in meeting the deliverables assigned in his project charters. While Mr. McGarry was with EDS, he helped deliver an eastern regional corporate headquarters facility, the FAA command and control center, various large scale regional data centers and various global projects throughout the United States and the Pacific Rim.
Mr. McGarry completed the USN sub-surface training in San Diego, CA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from San Diego State University.
