Jerry Williams serves as Vice President of Human Resources with Mill Creek Residential, focusing his efforts on contributing to the development and execution of the organizational business plan and objectives.
Mr. Williams joined Mill Creek Residential in 2015. He is responsible for overseeing the overall human resources process, including associate on and off boarding, performance management, health and welfare benefits, as well as supporting management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions. Prior to joining Mill Creek Residential, Mr. Williams served as Vice President, Human Resources with WesTower Communications and was responsible for the start-up of the human resources department. Prior to working with WesTower Communications, Mr. Williams served in a multitude of human resources management roles within various industries to include construction, manufacturing, and horticulture that involved acquisitions and divestitures throughout the United States.
Mr. Williams received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. He is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
