Jesse has been active in the real estate industry for over forty four years and specializes in commercial and industrial properties throughout Southern California. His clients differ as much in size as they do in variety, ranging from individuals and family-owned companies to Fortune 500 corporations. He is currently a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a graduate of The California State University, Northridge - 1979 with a Bachelor of Science Degrees in Business Administration and Finance & Management. Before joining Lee & Associates in 1990, Jesse worked with Blackmore & Associates Commercial Real Estate for eleven years. Mr. Laikin was a founding shareholder in the Los Angeles - Long Beach office of Lee & Associates.
