Jesse Heinrich joined the team in March of 2021. She is a 2018 Texas Tech graduate with a Bachelor of science. Heinrich got her real estate license and shortly found her niche in commercial real estate, with Reed mentoring and teaching her the ropes.
On the real estate side, Reed and Heinrich work with Elliott and Russell on their commercial endeavors of leasing office and retail properties; buying land and investment projects as well as selling such projects and land. The team has handled many complex real estate transactions such as 1031 exchanges, subdivision sales, business park and POA transfer sales, national retail and restaurant negotiations, medical and special use sales and leasing. They also combine real estate and commercial construction knowledge to care for clients through the entire process of purchase to construction completion. Reed and Heinrich are the only real estate agents in Lubbock with experience in both commercial real estate and construction.
