Jessica is a Development Partner based in Southern California and oversees all multifamily development activities in the west coast markets, including Southern California and Phoenix. Previously, Jessica was with Trammell Crow Residential and served as Vice President of Development where her responsibilities included site acquisition, entitlement and capital markets activities for multifamily developments in Southern California. Jessica received a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. She is a member of the BIA and NAIOP Developer’s Council.
