Jessica joined Stockbridge in 2025 and serves as Vice President for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) multifamily asset management team. She is responsible for assets across the Western United States including Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix and Chicago.
Prior to joining Stockbridge, Jessica served at a Vice President of Multifamily Investments with Shorenstein Investment Advisors for five years, where she was responsible for managing up to a $1.25 billion portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties across the United States, including Manhattan, Denver and San Francisco. She began her began her career with Cushman and Wakefield in 2007 as a researcher in office and industrial and later started working on multifamily assets with two west coast REITs: Essex Property Trust and BRE Properties. She also worked in asset management with Columbia Property Trust on a west coast office portfolio, prior to joining Shorenstein to focus solely on multifamily.
Jessica received an MBA from the Haas School of Business from UC Berkeley, receiving a certificate for an interdepartmental focus on real estate with the law and real estate development programs. Prior to that, she received a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from UC Davis and worked in that field for two years before switching to investment real estate.
