Joining Canyon View Capital in 2025, Jessica brings a decade of diverse experience in real estate investment,
property management, and tax planning and compliance.
At CVC, Jessica supports the Executive Team with effective execution of acquisitions, dispositions, loan financing
transactions, property valuations, and asset management. In doing so, Jessica closely collaborates with the Accounting,
Property Management, and Investor Relations teams.
Prior to CVC, Jessica was a senior analyst at a Northern California family office with $1B of assets under management.
Jessica was intimately involved with asset management, transactions (acquisition, financing, disposition), business
planning, and shareholder reporting. Jessica gained significant experience across various real estate asset classes and in
development.
Before transitioning into real estate investment, Jessica spent six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a tax consultant for
multinational technology companies, rising to Senior Manager. Jessica managed multiple client engagements and
specialized in international tax strategies for multinational technology companies.
