Jessica is a Senior Vice President with the Advisory & Transaction Services group. She is dedicated to increasing the asset value of the office properties she represents.
Jessica has also worked directly on the institutional ownership side of the business and understands the significant impact her leasing efforts have on a property's valuation. Her institutional background and creative nature set her apart.
Prior to joining CBRE, Inc., Jessica led the Landlord Agency team and was the Managing Broker and Leasing Director at John Hancock Real Estate, where she oversaw the leasing of a 4.5 million-square-foot portfolio in the Southeast.
Prior to joining John Hancock, Jessica spent six years in Landlord Representation, exclusively representing local, regional, and institutional owners, with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
