Bio
Jessica Etchieson is a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Leasing and Capital Markets team. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, she brings a diverse background spanning landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales across multiple markets nationwide.
Etchieson leverages her comprehensive market knowledge and strategic mindset to advise clients on capital markets transactions, while supporting Franklin Street’s broader growth across Florida and beyond.
She began her real estate career in 2012 at Liberty Universal Management in Orlando, specializing in landlord leasing. She later joined The Garito Company, where she focused on tenant representation and sales. Since relocating to Tampa in 2015, she spent six years at Cushman & Wakefield, representing numerous national accounts and executing transactions in a variety of U.S. markets.
Etchieson is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ringling College of Art and Design. She is actively involved in the commercial real estate community through affiliations with CREW Tampa Bay, ICSC, TBRA, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Passionate about giving back, she supports Feeding Tampa Bay and contributes to the Hillsborough County Pet Resources Center.
