Jessica Gerstein is currently a Director in the New York office of Lee & Associates. Jessica joined the firm in this capacity in the Fall of 2020.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Jessica spent almost 10 years at RFR Holdings & Realty with more than four and half years in a supporting role to the Executive Vice President of Retail leasing and asset management. During her time in this capacity, Gerstein played a key role supporting the leadership team for the successful growth of RFR’s retail portfolio in New York, Brooklyn, Miami, San Francisco, Seattle and beyond.
Some notable brands that executed leases with RFR during her time there included KITH at 337 Lafayette, Supreme at 190 Bowery, Showfields at 11 Bond, TD Bank and Republic Bank at 90 Fifth Avenue, and Veronica Beard and Ramy Brook at 980 Madison, Bandier, Barry’s Bootcamp, Bluestone Lane, Drybar, Cotton Citizen, Naked Retail and James Beard Award winning Stephen Starr restaurant Le Cou Cou, SKECHERS flagship location at 800 Lincoln Road, Miami’s hottest restaurant MILA at 800 Lincoln Road, and Pelé Soccer. In Miami’s Design District A Bathing Ape and Rebag.
Prior to a career in real estate, Jessica worked as an event planner for a prestigious catering company based in New York City. She has a Bachelor of Science from Rhode Island University.
