Jessica Gomez has been an essential part of Cushman & Wakefield since November 2015, serving
as a Brokerage Coordinator for the Broward County Office Landlord Representation team. With a
career spanning over two decades, Jessica has been dedicated to supporting Deanna Lobinsky,
Travis Herring, Katherine Ridgway, Chase Kulp, and Nicolas Belusic since 2005.
Jessica brings extensive experience in marketing and client services to her role. She is responsible
for creating, producing, and distributing a wide range of property marketing materials, including
business development proposals, presentations, tour books, social media content, and email
campaigns. Her responsibilities also encompass transaction management, coordinating client
