Jessica Heinecker joined the Redevco Team in 2005 and is currently active as our property manager. She is responsible for managing the overall operations of approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of retail shopping center space including but not limited to overseeing the maintenance staff, security programs, inventory control, tenant and vendor relations, tenant improvements, monthly financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, contract compliance, lease generation and comprehension, coordination of vendors and improvements, business plan creation, generation of annual operating proforma, as well as risk management purchasing and tracking.
Jessica has also acted as a project manager on some of our development projects performing duties such as permitting, dealings with local governmental agencies, vendor relations, grant applications, grant compliance and reporting, proforma generation, bid analysis, contract generation, lien management, and project close out.
Jessica has obtained a certificate of completion from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for her participation in their 'Shopping Center Management' e-Distance course and is a Notary Public of Florida.
