Jessica is a lifelong resident of Kilgore. Graduating from Kilgore High School and Kilgore College, she ventured to Louisiana to further pursue her education.
In 2019, she was recognized as one of the 30 Under 30 Realtors® for the National Association of Realtor® Magazine. In 2014, Jessica was named Rookie of the Year and as Realtor® of the Year for 2018 for the Longview Area Association of Realtors®. In 2017, she was honored to be the recipient of the Kilgore Chamber of Commerce “Rising Star” award for Women in Business. Jessica is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Texas Realtors® and the Longview Area Association of Realtors®. She serves on the TR YPN Committee as Vice Chairman, and on the Board of Directors for the Longview Area Association of Realtors® as Chairman.
She is a graduate of Leadership Kilgore and Henderson. Jessica's designations and certifications include Graduate of Realtor® Institute (GRI), e-Pro, Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR), and most recently she is a 2021 graduate of the Texas Realtors® Leadership Program (TRLP). In 2017, she earned her Broker’s license and started East Texas Preferred Properties with her husband and fellow Realtor® Greg Holmes.
