Bio
Jessica began her commercial real estate career in 2001, working with and shadowing senior brokers. She received her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2002. She pursued and received her Commercial Real Estate Broker License in 2004. After gaining experience at competing commercial real estate firms in Fort Wayne, Jessica joined BND Commercial in April 2017. Jessica's primary focus is in retail real estate. She represents both Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers in Northern Indiana. She has exclusively represented McDonald's, Walgreen's, Dunkin Donuts, AT&T, and Little Caesar's among many other Tenants and National/ Regional/Local Landlords. In the industry, Jessica is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She regularly attends ICSC Convention and Deal Making Events in Las Vegas, Indianapolis, Chicago and Detroit. She is also a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In Jessica's free time, she enjoys volunteering for Black Pine Animal Sanctuary and events to benefit the Allen County SPCA. She has been riding horses since she was nine years old. She competed her horses within the Hunter/Jumper Circuit throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. She now owns a four-year old thoroughbred named Ben and together they enjoy trail rides in the woods of northern Indiana.
