Jess is a seasoned operations leader who has spent her career in the beauty and wellness space, formerly the Director of Operations for OneSpaWorld’s Maritime division. During her 20-year career there, Michalak oversaw brand and business development, sales strategies, consumer experiences, marketing campaigns and training programs to support talent growth and operational success. Her responsibilities also included leading a 900-member team of staff assigned to the cruise ship spas. Earlier, she was Manager of Operations; Manager of Operations South Pacific; and Sales & Revenue Supervisor. She studied at Wellington Polytechnic in New Zealand, now part of Massey University.
