Jessica Mizrahi, a true leader and visionary in industrial real estate in Tampa Bay and nationally. Year over year she has been recognized within her firm & CoStar/Loopnet as a top producing agent, a high-volume transaction leader closing nearly 125 deals annually. She has worked with some of the most notable tenants, recognizable household names in warehousing, assisting occupiers in finding warehouse space in Tampa. She also has over a decade of experience representing Landlords, developers, property owners, and REITs with their industrial portfolios. After a decade at Cushman & Wakefield, Jessica recently transitioned to Lee & Associates where she is a founding principal and a leader of the industrial team. She is tasked with finding new opportunities to scale the industrial platform to increase market share to sell and lease warehouses. She has earned a reputation for excellence and insight in this ever-evolving field. She holds the SIOR (the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation demonstrating the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the industrial commercial real estate field. She has made significant contributions to the industrial real estate sector and her expertise has been recognized through multiple prestigious awards, highlighting her dedication and achievements in the industry. Jessica began her career in Washington, DC in the commercial real estate field with focus in property & asset management after graduating from the West Virginia University in 2007 with her Bachelor's in Science from the College of Media / Journalism. She now serves on the WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics Real Estate Advisory Council assisting the Dean and professors with the Real Estate curriculum and mentoring students (2024 - 2027).
