Following nearly a decade working in-house with some of Southern California’s most respected developers and marquee projects, Jillian Sabaugh founded US Retail in 2016. Her brand name reflects both her roots, drawn from her maiden and married surnames, Ukropina and Sabaugh, and the firm’s national reach. US Retail rapidly became a thriving retail advisory firm and brokerage built upon long-relationships, collaboration, and tailored real estate strategies for clients at any stage.

Jillian is a graduate of the University of Southern California and an active member of ICSC. Outside of work, she loves hosting a great dinner, traveling, and spending time with her three young children, who remain at the center of everything she does.
