Jim Brice joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 1994. In 2019, Jim joined the development team of Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments as Partner focusing primarily on large “Big-Box” industrial developments. Over the past few years, Jim has developed over 800,000 square feet of product, currently valued at around $100 million. He has also acquired over 250 acres and has 3.2 million square feet of industrial projects planned andor under construction with an aggregate value exceeding $325 million.
Prior to joining the development team, Jim led the Texas Industrial Markets overseeing the training, leasing, and acquisitions throughout Texas. Jim was responsible for over 80 million square feet and 40 professionals.
Prior to HLC, Jim was an Accounting Manager for Trammell Crow Company and began his career as an auditor in public accounting. Jim received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Louisiana- Monroe.
Jim is a member of NAIOP/Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
