Bio
Formed Brownstone Development, LLC in 2000 and built a successful real estate development company completing over $90 million of commercial development projects in the Chicago metropolitan area. Developed and owned fifteen free standing Walgreen’s drugstores throughout Chicagoland. Developed medical office buildings, retail shopping centers and mixed use development projects. Started Ellsworth Partners, LLC in 2016 and acquired five buildings totaling 80,000 square feet of medical/professional office buildings in the western suburbs of Chicago. Graduate of Bradley University with a B.S. in Finance. Graduated with honors from Northern Illinois University School of Law, having earned the American Jurisprudence Award in Property. Licensed attorney and real estate broker.
