Jim is a managing director in the Miami office of JLL Cap ital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate and banking industry. He is primarily responsible for originating commercial real estate debt and equity transactions throughout the southeastern United States. Jim started at HFF in December 2011. Before that, he served as executive vice president and chief real estate lending officer at Sabadell United Bank starting in 1992, when it was operating as United National Bank and later as Mellon Financial Corporation and BNY Mellon.
