JS Emmanuel is a management consultant and entrepreneur with over 29 years of commercial real estate brokerage and development experience. Over his career, Mr. Emmanuel has worked with clients both in the public sector such as GE, EG and G Sealol, Lowes Home Centers, ABM, Lason, Bank of America, Exide Technologies, American Tower Corporation, CBS and numerous other privately held companies. Mr. Emmanuel both managed and directed operating companies which owned, managed, leased, and developed over 118 commercial real estate assets with tenant/client relationships both in the public and private sectors. Mr. Emmanuel is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, including investment sales, development, project leasing, buyer/tenant representation, and management. Having worked in commercial real estate for over 29 years, he has significant expertise and knowledge. Mr. Emmanuel has principal ownership interest in a Charlotte, North Carolina based privately held commercial real estate investment firm. He is also founder and president of Novus Commercial Real Estate, a speciality boutique commercial real estate advisory firm dedicated to helping owners, developers and tenants create strategies to solve both their business goals and commercial real estate needs.
