Born and raised in the Houston market, I have a strong retail background that spans more than 40 years. My father started a chain of grocery stores back in the sixties and built the company up to 22 stores. We developed several shopping centers to expand in our growing market and then acquired others through acquisition.
I have development experience: site analysis for development purposes, dealing with local city staff and departments during the development phase, requesting zoning changes. Savy in what incentives Cities are offering for development and BPO of property.
