Jim Hawkins started his career in commercial real estate with Ashwill-Hawkins in 1989. His primary focus is commercial office buildings in Orange County. After four successful years, Jim joined Lee & Associates® as an Associate in 1994 and gained partnership status in 1998. Jim brings a background of commercial lending, as a corporate controller, as an owner of a service business, and experience in real estate management and development, to assist and support his clients to make the best business decisions.
