After gaining valuable experience with both national and local full-service commercial real estate firms, Jim envisioned a real estate firm that, at its core, focused on excellence, utilized innovation, and sought client-centric solutions. This vision produced “White Clover.” He has over 23 years of experience in tenant representation across the office, industrial, healthcare and retail markets. His understanding of market intricacies, informed by years of hands-on experience, empowers “White Clover” to devise real estate strategies that seamlessly align with our clients’ financial objectives with their business operating goals.
During his career as a commercial real estate advisor, Jim employed a blend of his robust financial background, deep-seated market knowledge, and formidable lease negotiation skills to ensure his clients — from Fidelity Investments to The J.M. Smucker Company — experienced tangible benefits like cost reduction, enhanced operational flexibility, and minimized risks.
Jim is an alumnus of Illinois State University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting and finance. Adding to his list of accolades, Jim passed the CPA exam in 1990.
When not immersed in real estate, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. A sports aficionado at heart, he’s often seen perfecting his golf swing (please don’t laugh), casting a fishing line, or hitting the ice hockey rink.
