Jim is originally from Hazard, Kentucky and moved to Florence, South Carolina to open and run 12 tire store businesses with locations from Wilmington, North Carolina to Beaufort, South Carolina. Jim gained valuable commercial real estate experience as a result of purchasing and selling properties and businesses while he owned his company. Jim has represented and sold a variety of commercial properties for WRCP Commercial over the last 10 years in the South Carolina Lowcountry. He has sold commercial property throughout SC. He has sold properties that were developed into an apartment complex behind the Super Walmart and in other locations. He has sold national retail sites, industrial and commercial properties and businesses. He has represented and leased numerous properties in the Lowcountry. Jim’s wife, Sheila is an experienced interior designer. Jim and his wife live in Hampton Hall.
