Jim oversees property operations at make and also spearheads the amenities arm of the firm: Cruzan Amenities. In this role, Jim oversees the fitness and food operations across the Cruzan portfolio, ensuring that these offerings are extremely high-level and consistent with the Cruzan brand. Jim has sales and marketing experience in several industries, and was general manager of a restaurant in New York from 2008 until 2012. Jim played NCAA Division III lacrosse at Tufts University, where he captained the team his senior year.
