Jim has been an industrial real estate broker in the Central Valley market for the last 22 years. In July 2000 he achieved Senior Shareholder status. Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 1996 he worked as a broker assistant at Marcus & Milichap while attending the University of Redlands.
