Jim has owned and operated three different Real Estate companies since 1983. He is also an owner of Community Trust Mortgage and offers a keen understanding of the ever-changing mortgage market. Jim and Louise feel that One-stop shopping adds a tremendous advantage to their Buyers when it comes to qualifying for financing and then gaining an edge in negotiating the best possible deal.
