Jim Ryan is a licensed broker with the CA DRE, a CPA (inactive), and a licensed General Contractor (inactive). Jim formerly worked at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell (KPMG) CPA firm, serves as Vice Chairman of Exchange Bank, (a $3.2 Billion community bank) and serves as Trustee of the Doyle Trust which distributes approximately $4,000,000 annually in scholarships. Jim also serves on the board of PEP Housing which is a nonprofit developer and operator of affordable senior housing.
Jim has been involved with the sale, development, construction and financing of properties over the past 45 years including single family subdivisions, commercial and multifamily properties.
