Responsibilities
As ServiceStar COO since 1998, Jim spearheads project entitlements, public partnerships and financing, and project economic analysis and management. He also provides strategic oversight of project teams, coordinating management efforts in development, construction and leasing.

Experience
Intricately involved in all aspect of ServiceStar’s retail developments, Jim was instrumental in securing a 50-store retail build-to-suit contract and in landing a major lifestyle center project on a military base.
Prior to his position at ServiceStar, Jim held a leadership position within Western Standard Services Company where he secured a $300-million build-to-suit relationship with a national oil company. Jim started his career as manager of real estate and business operations for a major oil company.
