Bio
Jim Vallos serves as a Managing Director of Harbor Group International and is based in the company’s Norfolk office. Since joining HGI in 2007, Mr. Vallos has been involved in the oversight of various HGI investments in office, retail, multifamily, industrial, and hospitality sectors. Before joining HGI, he worked with Mills Corporation focusing on asset management and redevelopment of the REIT’s portfolio of shopping centers. Mr. Vallos holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Allegheny College and a master’s degree in Economics from Youngstown State University.
