Prior to brokerage, Jimmy worked as the market research coordinator for the firm’s Redwood Shores and Silicon Valley offices. Working closely with brokers, he performed in depth lease and market analysis and was responsible for producing the quarterly office, R&D, and industrial market reports for those markets.
