His strong background in both resale and new construction, along with his experience in building partnerships, land development, and as bank board member, make him extremely well-qualified to lead this companies endeavors into the New Homes market of Hampton Roads, VA.
The Real Estate Group's New Homes Division, with the partnership of Reece at it's helm, has grown since it's inception in 2015. Now representing multiple Top Ranked builders in multiple New Homes sites, with hundreds & hundreds of sales under it's belt.
With charging sales numbers and new communities in the pipeline for 2021 and beyond, The Real Estate Group's New Homes Division continues to make a name for itself in the crowded Hampton Roads new construction Real Estate market.
Reece was named 1st Citizen of Chesapeake (pop app 250,000) for contributions to the city and it's residents and businesses.
