With 22 years of experience and over 700 closed transactions, JJ works directly with investors navigating the 45-day identification window and 180-day closing deadline that define a successful 1031 exchange, coordinating with qualified intermediaries, including Carl Pikus of IPX1031, to keep both sides of an exchange moving on schedule.
Because a 1031 exchange allows an investor to identify up to three replacement properties across multiple cities, JJ's reach extends well beyond a single market. His network covers San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo, Fredericksburg, and communities throughout the San Antonio-New Braunfels MSA — giving investors real options within their deadline instead of being limited to one zip code.
