Bio
A native of Jupiter, Florida, JJ earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida before going on to complete his Masters of Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
Upon graduating he began his career with Ram Realty Advisors. Ram is a regional private equity development firm that acquires and develops multifamily and mixed-use properties in select high-growth markets throughout the Southeast. During his 8.5-year tenure he held various roles, ultimately advancing to Senior Development Manager. In this role he contributed to the successful completion and turnover of three (3) mixed-use multi-family projects, including Curv - 243 units (including a 50,000 sf Whole Foods), Indigo Station - 226 units (including 7,600 sf of retail), and BLYS - 300 units (including a 23,000 sf Sprouts and 8,000 sf of retail) with a total development cost of $100+ million, $50 million, and $87 million, respectively
JJ joined Jupiter Realty Company in 2025 to source, manage and execute new development and investment opportunities throughout Florida.
