JoAnn Truax is the Director of Real Estate Operations & Marketing at Craig Realty Group. Truax oversees property operations, marketing strategies, and tenant relations for Craig Realty Group’s portfolio. JoAnn is responsible for coordinating operational processes, implementing marketing campaigns, and ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction. Truax has been instrumental in driving branding initiatives, including the recent rebranding of Outlets at Anthem to Outlets North Phoenix, aligning the center’s identity with regional growth trends.
Truax brings over two decades of experience in retail property management and marketing. Before assuming this role in 2015, JoAnn served as a General Manager for Craig Realty Group and as Marketing Director at Forest City Enterprises. Truax founded Tre Ragazze Interiors, an interior design firm, in 2010. JoAnn holds a certification in interior design from the American Institute of Interior Design.
