Joash has been a part of our executive team since 2007. His primary responsibilities include leadership of both rehabilitation and new construction projects, marketing, IT systems administration, risk management, and property management.
Joash is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute (B.S. in Aviation Technology) where he achieved his commercial pilot's certifications. He also enjoys volunteering at his church as an audio engineer.
In addition to serving at The Schipper Group, Joash provides certified coaching services to small business owners.
